How to reset usernames and password to default

Shutdown VMS services

Go to VMS installation directory

• Example C:\Program Files\DVMS\System Management\SMData

Find files UserData.dat and UserData_Backup.dat files

Delete these files or copy them somewhere else

Start VMS services

Now you can logon to system using default username and password
