Shutdown VMS services

Go to VMS installation directory

Example C:\Program Files\DVMS\System Management\SMData
-
-
Find files UserData.dat and UserData_Backup.dat files
-
Delete these files or copy them somewhere else
-
Start VMS services
-
Now you can logon to system using default username and password
