Spotter crash when opening cameras in TruCast mode

Problem

Sometime if Windows is not updated Spotter may crash when you open cameras in TruCast mode.

You may notice error RTP.NET.dll file missing in log file.

Solution

Please check that latest Visual C++ packages are installed.
