Creating a profile for the customer

A profile determines which cameras or devices the end customer sees in the Spotter software.

It is essential that the customer’s profile includes only the necessary components.

  1. Go to System Manager > Profiles

  2. Select Add profile

  1. Enter a profile name

  1. Go to the Devices tab

  2. Set the source to VMS server: Local recorder

  1. Select the Cameras folder and click the Add button

  1. In the "Selected Devices" list, select the cameras that are not connected to the system

  1. Confirm changes by clicking OK
